Effect Description
The owner of this wonder gains 25% increased chances to gain stability each session. Additionally, thrice per age they may spend three resources (per era) to host a a Stickball tournament to increase the stability gain chance to 50% for one session. Additional prizes may be placed into the pool for the winners of the Stickball tournament in order to increase the amount of stability chance gained. A maximum of ten characters may be invited, and all must be within diplomatic range. If at least three characters do not compete, the funds are refunded.
Additionally, all nations that declare war on the owner of this wonder suffer 10 additional infamy, doubled if a stickball tournament is currently going on when the war is declared.
